Eine säulenchromatographische Methode zur Darstellung der unveresterten Fettsäuren des Blutes

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein säulenchromatographisches Verfahren beschrieben, bei dem mit dem Ionenaustauscher IR 45 eine einwandfreie Abtrennung der unveresterten Fettsäuren des Blutes durchgeführt werden kann. Die Methode eignet sich besonders ders für die Gewinnung dieser Fettsäurenfraktion zu analytischen Zwecken, z. B. zur Ermittlung ihrer qualitativen Zusammensetzung.
