Die anabole und androgene Aktivität von Androgenen

Zusammenfassung

Die anabole Aktivität der Androgene drückt sich in ihrer Wirksamkeit an einer Reihe anderer Gewebe als den akzessorischen Geschlechtsorganen aus. Das Androgenmolekül wurde mit dem Ziel modifiziert, ein Steroid zu erhalten, welches in erster Linie eine anabole Wirkung auf die peripheren Gewebe entfaltet. Die Reaktion verschiedener Gewebe wurde daher mit der Reaktion der akzessorischen Geschlechtsorgane verglichen. Das günstigste Verhältnis von renotropher zu androgener Wirkung bei der Maus zeigte Androstan-3α, 17β-diol.Die günstigste Relation von myotropher zu androgener Wirkung beim Meerschweinchen zeigte Androstan-17β-ol,3-on. Außerdem zeigte eine größere Zahl von Steroiden ein günstiges Wirkungsverhältnis hinsichtlich des Effekts auf den M. levator ani einerseits und Samenblasen oder Prostata der Ratte andererseits.
