Zusammenfassung
Es wird über 4 Fälle mit erworbener hämolytischer Anämie berichtet, bei denen spezifische Autoantikörper gefunden wurden (2mal Anti-c und je lmal Anti-e, Anti-C und Anti-D). Die serologischen Besonderheiten vor allem in bezug auf die Pathogenese sowie die therapeutischen Konsequenzen werden besprochen.
