Zur Bestimmung der Oestrogene im Urin

Zusammenfassung

1. Die Methode vonBrown 8 zur chemischen Bestimmung von β-Oestradiol, Oestron und Oestriol wurde auf ihre Reproduzierbarkeit geprüft.

2. Durch vergleichende chemische und biologische Oestrogen bestimmungen wurde die Spezifität der chemischen Methode bestätigt.

3. Es werden Angaben über die Ausscheidung von β-Oestradiol, Oestron und Oestriol im Urin von geschlechtsreifen, nicht graviden und in der Menopause befindlichen Frauen gemacht.

4. Um die klinische Anwendbarkeit der Methode zu demonstrieren, wurde die Oestrogenausscheidung bei einer Patientin vor und nach Ovariektomie bestimmt.
