Zusammenfassung

Captodiamin unterdrückt bei Ratten die physiologische Stoffwechselsteigerung bei brüsker Senkung der Umgebungstemperatur (Stoffwechselregulations Test) nach intraperitonealer Injektion praktisch vollständig und schwächt sie nach oraler Verabreichung ab. Nach subcutaner Zufuhr ist Captodiamin in der beschriebenen Anordnung unwirksam.
