Zusammenfassung

Isotopen-Nephrographien an 25 Ratten mit Aminonucleosid-Nephrose offenbarten erst dann charakteristische Veränderungen der Sekretionsphase, wenn vorher 50 mg PAH infundiert wurden. Mit der PAH-Belastung war es möglich, die Isotopen-Nephrogramme nephrotischer und nierengesunder Ratten eindeutig voneinander zu differenzieren.
