Zusammenfassung

Es wird über Grundlage, Methoden, Anwendungsbereich und allgemeine Fehlermöglichkeiten von Clearanceverfahren berichtet. Clearanceergebnisse gestatten den Einblick in Teilfunktionen der Niere, da man mit ihnen Glomerulusfiltrat, Nierendurchblutung, Tubulusexkretion und Rückresorption der gesunden und kranken Niere bestimmen kann. Normale und durch Krankheit veränderte Werte werden angegeben.
