Zusammenfassung
Mit Säulenchromatographie auf DEAE-Sephadex wurden Sera von neun Patienten mit Knochen- und hepatobiliären Erkrankungen sowie ein Normalserum aufgetrennt und in den erhaltenen Fraktionen die Verteilung sowohl der Serumeiweißkörper, als auch der alkalischen Phosphataseaktivität bestimmt. Zur weiteren Differenzierung wurden die Stärkegelelektrophorese und die Immunpräzipitation im Agargel herangezogen. Die Auftrennung der Serumeiweißkörper entspricht annähernd jener, wie sie mit DEAE-Cellulose erhalten wird. Eine Auftrennung der alkalischen Phosphatase war mit der Säulenchromatographie zu erzielen, jedoch war eine Differenzierung der AP bei Knochen- und hepatobiliären Erkrankungen nicht möglich. Bei einem Patienten mit Pankreaskopfcarcinom und Verschlußikterus sowie einem anderen mit Lokalrezidiv nach operiertem Pyloruscarcinom und Verschlußikterus wurden zusätzliche AP-Fraktionen gefunden.
