Abstract
We discuss the spin-flavor symmetry in the heavy quark limit from the view of theB-S approach and use the potential model to compute the slope of the Isgur-Wise function at zero recoil and predict masses of theB meson doublet withJ p=1+, 2+ to order of 1/M Q .
