Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein leicht durchführbarer Test angegeben, mit dessen Hilfe der Verlauf gewisser Erkrankungen, vor allem der Hepatitis epidemica verfolgt werden kann. Dieser Test beruht auf der Hemmung der Saponinhämolyse der Erythrocyten im Blute des Patienten selbst. Es wurde wahrscheinlich gemacht, daß neben dem Cholesterin noch andere Faktoren unter Umständen für die Hemmung der Saponinhämolyse verantwortlich sind.
