Zusammenfassung

Gerinnungsphysiologische Studien sprechen für die Existenz eines Faktor X (Rosenthal-Faktor, PTA) im Serum und für seine Verminderung bei Verschlußikterus und bei Neugeborenen. Bei Patienten, welche mit Dicumarol und mit Dicumarinderivaten behandelt worden waren, scheint sich — nach Mischversuchen im Douglas-Biggs-Macfarlane-Teste beurteilt — auch eine Verminderung des Faktors IX (Christmasfactors) einzustellen. Beobachtungen an dem Blutgerinnungssystem eines Patienten mit Retinablutungen lassen im Schüttelserum außer Faktor IX und X die Existenz von Substanzen möglich erscheinen, welche die Geschwindigkeit der Blutthrombokinaseentstehung aus Thrombocytenfaktor IV (Thromboplastinogenase), Calcium und Faktor IX und X steuern.
