Über die Acetalphosphatide des Blutserums bei Leberkranken

Zusammenfassung

Die Konzentration der Acetalphosphatide (Plasmalogen) im Blutserum wurde bei Kranken mit Hepatitis, Verschlußikterus und Lebercirrhose untersucht. Bei frischen Fällen von Hepatitis und Verschlußikterus fanden sich auffallend niedrige Plasmalogenwerte, die bei Genesung entsprechend der abnehmenden Bilirubinämie anstiegen. Bei Lebercirrhose fanden sich Werte, die im Bereich der Norm liegen. Die Sicherheit der Plasmalbestimmung in ikterischem Serum wurde einer eingehenden Prüfung unterzogen.
