Zusammenfassung
Mit Streptokokken infizierte weiße Mäuse wurden mit abgestuften Penicillindosen bzw. mit Penicillin und Cortison an 3 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen behandelt. Dabei wies die Zahl der Überlebenden keine beachtenswerten Differenzen auf. Ein zusätzlicher therapeutischer Gewinn zur Penicillinbehandlung konnte durch die hormonelle Intervention nicht erreicht werden.
