Cytomorphologische Besonderheiten (atypische Megaloblastose und Siderocyten) bei erworbener hämolytischer Anämie vom Typ Loutit

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine schwere tödlich verlaufende erworbene idiopathische hämolytische Anämie vom Typ Loutit berichtet, bei der auch durch eine ACTH-Behandlung keine Besserung erreicht werden konnte. Als morphologische Besonderheiten wurden eine leberfraktäre atypische Mark-Megal-oblastose und zahlreiche Siderocyten im peripheren Blut festgestellt.
