Die Bedeutung der fortlaufenden Elektrophoreseuntersuchungen im Verlaufe von Diphtherie und Scharlach

Zusammenfassung

1. Akute Diphtherie und frischer Scharlach zeigen eine Verminderung von Albumin bei häufiger α2-Globulinvermehrung.

2. Diphtherieserum zeigt trotz klinischer Wirksamkeit keine Veränderung in Richtung der Norm, eine Erscheinung, die unspezifisch gedeutet wird.

3. Fortlaufende elektrophoretische Untersuchungen zeigen eine dem klinischen Verlauf entsprechende Normalisierung der Plasmaproteine.

4. Komplikationen lassen sich bei Kenntnis eines vergleichbaren Vorwertes durch Albuminsturz und α2-Zunahme frühzeitig erkennen.
