Zusammenfassung
1. Nach Einnahme von 3 g Salicylamid konnten im menschlichen Harn weder freies Salicylamid noch freie Salicylsäure nachgewiesen werden. Auch freies Gentisamid und freie Gentisinsäure treten nicht auf.
2. Im Harn wurden nach Salicylamidgabe 3 Stoffwechselprodukte gefunden. Salicylamid-Glucuronid, Gentisamid-Glucuronid und Salicylamid-Schwefelsäureester.
3. 18–28% des eingenommenen Salicylamids wurden im Harn als gebundenes Gentisamid ausgeschieden.
4. Im Serum fanden sich 2 Std nach Einnahme von 3 g Salicylamid 5–9 mg-% Gesamtsalicylat. Salicylamid kreist im Blut in gebundener Form.
5. Die pharmakologische und therapeutische Bedeutung der Befunde wird diskutiert.
