Die Färbung der im Blutserum enthaltenen Proteine, Lipoide und Kohlenhydrate nach Papier-Elektrophorese. Eine chemische Trias

Zusammenfassung

Es wird gezeigt, wie nach erfolgter Papierelektrophorese neben den Proteinen auch die Lipoide und Kohlenhydrate auf dem Papier angefärbt werden können. Die gleichzeitig ausgeführte Färbung, welche für die 3 genannten chemischen Stoffgruppen spezifisch ist, wird alsTriasfärbung bezeichnet.

Auf Grund von 12 Beispielen aus verschiedenen Krankheitsgruppen, werden charakterische Gehaltsänderungen in den genannten Stoffgruppen herausgestellt.

Die einfache Technik steigert die diagnostische Verwertbarkeit, indem sie eine fortlaufende Registrierung des Krankheitsablaufes gestattet.
