Zusammenfassend

Zur zuverlässigen Durchführung der Zweistufenmethoden und der quantitativen Bestimmung des Prothrombins, des Ac-Globulins und des Antithrombins empfiehlt es sich, gereinigte Systeme zu verwenden. Die Beschreibung der Methoden, so wie sie in dieser Arbeit angegeben worden ist, enthält auch die Revision der technischen Verfahren zur Herstellung der nötigen Substanzen, wie Prothrombin, Fibrinogen und gereinigtes Thrombin.
