Zusammenfassung
Eine alte, vonPaul Ehrlich beschriebene Versuchsanordnung ist bei entsprechender Modifikation zum Nachweis eines pathologischen intravitalen Blutzerfalls und intravitaler Erythrophagocytose und damit zur Differentialdiagnose hämolytischer Erkrankungen vorzüglich geeignet.
Sein Prinzip beruht darauf, daß die Blutzirkulation in einem Finger durch eine elastische Ligatur gedrosselt und der Finger dann in ein Wasserbad geeigneter Temperatur gehalten wird. Nach Trocknung wird die Fingerbeere punktiert. Für den Hämolysetest werden einige Blutstropfen in Glascapillaren aufgefangen, nach Gerinnung zentrifugiert und auf hämolytische Serumverfärbung beurteilt. Für den Phagocytosetest werden Blutausstriche angefertigt und nach der üblichen Färbung auf Leukocyten mit Erythrocyteneinschlüssen durchmustert.
Der charakteristische Ausfall der Teste bei verschiedenen Formen hämolytischer Erkrankungen wird an Hand praktischer Beispiele gezeigt.
