Zusammenfassung
Bei hypophysektomierten Ratten wird die durch Cortison bewirkte Hyperglykämie durch gleichzeitige Applikation von Thyroxin oder TSH verstärkt. Dieser Effekt wird auf einen Antagonismus der betreffenden Hormone in ihrem Einfluß auf das Leberglykogen zurückgeführt. Eine vollständige Hemmung der Thyroxinsynthese durch Cortison ist unwahrscheinlich.
