Vorkommen leukocytenagglutinierender und thrombocytärer Antikörper bei einem Fall von akutem Lupus erythematosus disseminatus

Zusammenfassung

Beschreibung eines Falles von akutem Lupus erythematosus disseminatus, in dessen Serum neben dem L.E.-Zellfaktor zeitweise leukocytenagglutinierende und thrombocytäre Autoantikörper nachgewiesen werden konnten. Die Verschiedenheit der einzelnen Antikörper konnte durch Absorptionsversuche wahrscheinlich gemacht werden. In dem beschriebenen Fall wurde unter einer langdauernden Cortisonbehandlung eine Rückbildung der leukocytenagglutinierenden, in geringerem Maße auch der thrombocytären Antikörper erreicht, während -das L.E.-Zellphänomen unverändert nachweisbar blieb.
