Zur Frage der Existenz von „Lipopeptiden“

Zusammenfassung

Der Begriff der „Lipopeptide“ ist nicht haltbar, da sich die Komponenten Peptid-Phosphatid papierchromatographisch leicht trennen lassen. Es wird angenommen, daß die Peptide durch Lösungsvermittlung der Phosphatide in den Lipoidextrakt gelangen. Dieser Vorgang läßt sich experimentell demonstrieren. Die beschriebene Trennung der Peptide von den Phosphatiden dürfte für Lipoidanalysen von Interesse sein.
