Die maßanalytische Bestimmung von Calcium mit Cerisulfat

Zusammenfassung

Es wird die Mikrotitration von Cyanoferrat(II)-Ion mittels Cerisulfatlösung und Ferroin als Indikator untersucht. Sie wird zur maßanalytischen Bestimmung des Calciums nach dessen Fällung als CaK₂[Fe(CN)₆] herangezogen. Die Calciumbestimmung ist sehr rasch durchführbar und liefert Werte, die nur innerhalb weniger Gamma schwanken. Beleganalysen für Calciummengen von 0,05 bis 2,5 mg sind angegeben.

Summary

A study was made of the microtitration of cyanoferrate (II) ion with ceric sulfate solution, and ferroin as indicator. It was applied to the titrimetric determination of calcium after the latter had been precipitated as calcium potassium cyanoferrate. The calcium determination can be accomplished rapidly and gives results which vary within several gamma. Test analyses for quantities of calcium from 0,05 to 2,5 mg are cited.

On décrit l'essai de microtitrage de l'ion ferrocyanure au moyen d'une solution de sulfate cérique et la ferroïne comme indicateur. Elle peut être adaptée au dosage volumétrique du calcium après sa précipitation à l'état de ferrocyanure de potassium-calcium. Le dosage du calcium s'effectue rapidement et conduit à des valeurs qui oscillent entre quelques gammas. On donne des dosages de contrôle pour des quantités de calcium allant de 0,05 à 2,5 mg.
