Neue leit- und schutztechnische Verfahren in der elektrischen Energieversorgung

Übersicht

Der Betrieb elektrischer Energieversorgungssysteme beruht auf einer komplexen Leittechnik, mit der von einer zentralen Stelle aus alle Überwachungs-, Steuer-, Regelungs- und Optimierungsfunktionen ausgeführt werden. Dabei spielt die moderne Informationstechnologie eine zentrale Rolle. In einem Schwerpunkt-Forschungsprogramm hat die Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft Projekte in den Bereichen Signalerfassung, Signalverarbeitung, Systemführung, digitaler Systemschutz und Störungsaufzeichnung sowie Großstörungen und Restitutionen gefördert. In diesem Aufsatz werden der Stand der Technik und die daraus abgeleiteten Forschungsziele beschrieben.

The operation of electric power systems is carried out from a control centre where all functions concerning monitoring, actuation, control and optimisation are performed. For their implementation the advanced methods of modern information processing technology have to be used. In a long-term research program the German Research Council sponsored projects related to data acquisition, data processing, system monitoring and control, digital protection and fault recording as well as system restoration after large disturbances. This paper describes the state of the art in these fields and the research scope of the above mentioned program.
