Die sog. Chassaignacsche Armlähmung der Kleinkinder

Zusammenfassung

Aus anatomischen Gegebenheiten ist beim Kleinkind zwischen 2 und 4 Jahren durch plötzlichen Zug amgestreckten undsupinierten Arm die Gefahr einer partiellen Einklemmung des Lig. anulare radii besonders groß. Die Teileinklemmung des Ringbandes beeindruckt klinisch durch einePseudoparese des Armes und ist bei Kenntnis dieses Krankheitsbildes leicht zu diagnostizieren. Die Behandlung besteht in sofortiger Reposition und kurzfristiger Ruhigstellung. Die Prognose dieser Verletzung ist ausgesprochen günstig. Rezidive sind beschrieben aber selten.
