Die dringlichen Operationen bei frischen Verbrennungen des Kopfes und des Halses, sowie die Vorzüge der “offenen Behandlung”

Zusammenfassung

Die Durchführung der “offenen Behandlung” frischer Verbrennungen und die sich daraus ergebenden Vorteile werden besprochen. Auf die primäre Excision und sofortige Hauttransplantation, die Indikation dazu, sowie die Operationstechnik wird eingegangen. Es folgt die Beschreibung der sog. dringlichen Operationen nach frischen Verbrennungen im Bereiche des Kopfes und Halses, die vor allem die Aufgabe haben, durch Schaffung einer Hautbedeckung entblößte Strukturen vor Nekrose und Fortschreiten der Entzündung zu schützen, sowie die Ausbildung von Spätschäden zu verhindern.
