Formen und Behandlung des Abrikossoff-Tumors

Synonym: Myoblastenmyom, granuläres Neurom, nichtchromaffines Paragangliom

Zusammenfassung

Der Abrikossoff-Tumor ist eine seltene granuläre Geschwulst, deren umstrittene Histogenese sich in einer variationsreichen Nomenklatur ausdrückt (Myoblastenmyom, granuläres Neurom, nichtchromaffines Paragangliom usw.). Die einzelnen Theorien werden gestreift. Der maligne Anteil der Geschwulst ist nicht so gering, wie bisher angenommen wurde, und präoperativ oft sehr schwer zu diagnostizieren. Der Tumorsitz im Bauchwandbereich und an den unteren Extremitäten ist suspekt für maligne Entartung. Die Therapie des strahlenresistenten Tumors ist immer operativ; die chirurgische Entscheidung ist jedoch infolge der variablen Entwicklungspotenz äußerst schwierig. Bei maligner Entartung bietet nur der radikale Eingriff mit Opferung der befallenen Körperteile Aussicht auf Erfolg. Zwei eigene Fälle werden mitgeteilt.
