Einige seltene Tumoren der Harnwege bei Kindern

Zusammenfassung

Der Verfasser berichtet über 5 Fälle von Tumoren der harnleitenden Organe bei Kindern. Ein Fall war im Ureter lokalisiert. Es handelte sich um einen benignen Polypen, der eine Hydronephrose auf dieser Seite verursacht hatte. Drei Fälle fanden sich in der blase und ergaben folgende pathologische Diagnosen: Malignes Fibromyxorhabdomyom, Myxosarkom und Papillomatose. In einem Fall war der Tumor in der hinteren Urethra lokalisiert und erwies sich als benigner Polyp, der in die Blase hineinragte und eine intermittierende, akute Harnverhaltung verursachte.
