Zusammenfassung

Es wird über Tierversuche zur Bestimmung der Explantationszeit von Hauttransplantaten und über den makroskopischen Nachweis der Einheilung von Transplantaten mit Vitalfarbstoff berichtet.

Spalthautläppchen von Zwergschweinen konnten bis zu 96 Std in Sterofundin und in der feuchten Kammer bei plus 4° C ohne wesentliche Vitalitätsminderung aufbewahrt werden und heilten dann noch gut ein.

Mit der Vitalfärbung ist es möglich, die gute Einheilung von Transplantaten makroskopisch nachzuweisen.
