Zusammenfassung
Es wird eine Methode der freien Sehnentransplantation beschrieben, bei der ein Draht entlang des Transplantates eingebracht wird, der die Zugbelastung vom proximalen direkt auf den distalen Sehnenstumpf überträgt und Nahtstellen wie Transplantat entlastet. Über Erfahrungen an Hand von 30 Fällen wird berichtet.
