Zusammenfassung
Nach der operativen Entfernung von Tumoren des Großhirns und nach der Anlage einer Torkildsen-Drainage wegen eines erhöhten Hirndruckes kommt es postoperativ bei komplikationslosem klinischem Verlauf zu einer regelhaften hypothalamo-hypophysär-adrenalen Stress-Reaktion im Sinne des Standardverhaltens. Bei Schädigungen im Bereich der Hypophyse und des Hypothalamus wird eine unzureichende Reaktion beobachtet.
