Zusammenfassung
Symptomatologie, Diagnostik, Methoden zur Lokalisation, präoperative Behandlung, Anaesthesie, operatives Vorgehen, postoperative Behandlung, pathophysiologische Grundlagen der Therapie mit zusätzlicher Blutinfusion und Morphologie unterschiedlicher Phaeochromocytomtypen werden an Hand je eines rein ausgeprägten Falles vom Adrenalin- und Noradrenalintyp besprochen. Das gegensätzliche histochemische Verhalten der beiden Phaeochromocytome steht mit ihrem eindeutigen klinischen Bild in guter Übereinstimmung.
