Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The use of the watch method of organizing construction made it possible to stabilize the crew when constructing the structure and to provide normal rest conditions of the workers at a remote object.

  2. 2.

    The collection of information materials considerably reduces labor expenditures of the engineers and technicians, control apparatus departments, and UPTK services when performing future and current planning and drawing up orders for construction materials and articles and work performance graphs, and permits conducting component-by-component checking of the course of the works.

  3. 3.

    The collection of information materials creates the necessary conditions for solving problems of future and current preparation of works and provides quality of their performance.
