Abstract
A leaf margin necrosis mutant was observed in a wild annual soybean (Glycine soja Sieb. & Zucc.) population from South Korea. Genetic studies showed that it was controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene, designatedlmn. TheLmn locus segregated independently of theAp, Dial, Dia3, Idh2, Pgi1 andTi isozyme loci.
