Conclusions

  1. 1.

    When designing pumping stations, it is necessary to specify in the design pressure leads for head flowmeters on elbows of pressure pipes and segment orifice plates in the case when there are no elbows.

  2. 2.

    It is necessary beforehand to provide for and assemble devices facilitating the measurement of discharges when testing pumps and calibrating flowmeters.
