    Es wurde gezeigt, da\ die Gelatinelöslichkeit von der Konzentration der Fraktionen niedriger Molekulargewichte abhängt.

  2. 2.

    Es wurde gezeigt, da\ die niedrigmolekulare Fraktion, die von der Mizelloberfläche der Gelatine adsorbiert wird, die Mizelle stabilisiert. Die Stabilität der Gelatinesole hängt vom Gehalt an Fraktionen niedriger Molekulargewichte ab und wird mit Erhöhung dieser Konzentration vergrö\ert.
