Bemerkungen zu der Arbeit von W. Paulus: „Der qualitative Barbituratnachweis in der forensischen Praxis“

Zusammenfassung

Gegenüber einer Veröffentlichung vonW. Paulus wird erwidert, daß vonGoldbach nicht mit Deckglassplitterabstand sublimiert, sondern Hohlschliffobjektträger nachR. Opfer-Schaum als Mikrosublimationsgeräte verwendet wurden, die den Vorteil einer geschlossenen Sublimationskammer bieten. Verunreinigungen der Barbitale sollten möglichstvor der Mikrosublimation beseitigt werden, da häufiges Umsublimieren nur selten den gewünschten Erfolg hat. Zur Extraktion von Barbitalen wird deshalb das vonP. Valov angegebene Verfahren empfohlen. Abschließend wird betont, wie wichtig die Beachtung der verschiedenen Modifikationen bei der Schmelzpunkt-Mikrobestimmung von Barbitalen ist.

With reference to a publication byW. Paulus it is replied thatGoldbach in his work states that he used hollow ground slides as microsublimation equipment, since they have the advantage of providing a closed sublimation chamber. Impurities in the barbitals should be removed as much as possiblebefore the sublimation since repeated resublimation seldom leads to the desued result. Accordingly, theP. Valov procedure for extraction of barbitals is recommended. Finally it is emphasized that the observance of the various modifications are of the highest importance when determining the melting points of barbitals.

A la suite d'une publication deW. Paulus, on signale queGoldbach avait indiqué dans son travail des porte-objets avec rodage en creux pour la microsublimation, qui présentent l'avantage d'une chambre à sublimation fermée. Les impuretés des barbitals devaient être éliminées le plus possibleavant la microsublimation car une sublimation répétée ne donne que rarement le résultat souhaité. On recommande donc pour l'extraction des barbitals le procédé indiqué parP. Valov. Enfin on souligne l'importance des différentes modifications dans la microdétermination du point de fusion des barbitals.
