On the mechanism of inclusive particle emission in proton-nucleus collisions at 0.5 GeV

Abstract

A cascade-exciton model is used to describe the backward particle emission from proton-nucleus collisions at medium energies. A good agreement with data at 0.5 GeV is obtained.
