Raised sensitivity of tuned circuits in instruments with reactive transducers

Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Conclusions

The experimental data confirm the theoretical conclusions arrived at in this work and indicate the high efficiency of the suggested method for raising the sensitivity of instruments with resonant circuits and reactive transducers.

The sensitivity obtained by means of controlled resonant circuits is in practice only limited by the effect of parasitic reactances of the controlling tuned circuits.
