Spongioblastom des Kleinhirns mit ungewöhnlichem Verlauf

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Fall vom sogenannten Kleinhirnastrocytom bei einer 69jährigen Frau mit 44jähriger Überlebensdauer ohne Operation mitgeteilt. Der histologische Befund ergab ein typisches polares Spongioblastom des Kleinhirns mit Cystenbildung und Verkalkungen sowie schwere symmetrische Pseudokalk- und Kalkablagerungen im übrigen Kleinhirn, deren Pathogenese kurz diskutiert wird.

Summary

The authors report a case of so-called cerebellar astrocytoma in a 69 year old female with 44 year survival without operation. The histological findings were typical of a polar spongioblastoma of the cerebellum with cyst formation and calcification as well as pronounced symmetrical pseudocalcium- and calcium-deposition in the rest of the cerebellum, of which the pathogenesis was briefly discussed.

Les auteurs relatent un cas d'astrocytome du cervelet chez une malade de 69 ans ayant survécu pendant 44 ans sans opération. L'examen histologique montra un spongioblastome polaire typique du cervelet avec formation de cystes et de calcifications, ainsi que de dépôts pseudocalcaires et calcaires dans le reste du cervelet. Discussion de la pathogénèse de ces derniers.

Gli autori descrivono un caso di cosidetto astrocitoma cerebellare in una donna di 69 anni, della durata di 44 anni senza intervento chirurgico. L'esame istologico ha rilevato trattarsi di un tipico spongioblastoma polare del cervelletto, con cisti e calcificazioni, accompagnato da gravi calcificazioni pseudocalcificazioni simmetriche nel tessuto cerebellare circostante. La patogenesi di queste malformazioni viene brevemente discussa.

Los autores refieren un caso de un llamado astrocitoma cerebeloso en una mujer de 69 años y con una supervivencia de 44 años después de la operación. Los hallazgos histológicos fueron los de un típico espongioblastoma polar de cerebelo con parte quiística y calcificaciones, así como marcados acúmulos simétricos de calcio y pseudo-calcio en el resto del cerebelo, discutiendo bievemente su patogenia.
