Summary

Authors report on an intramedullar epidermoid successfully operated upon. It was accompanied with malformation of vertebrae and deformity of spinal column. They think the good result is due to the early operation.

Die Autoren berichten über ein intramedulläres Epidermoid, das erfolgreich operiert wurde. Bei dem gleichen Patienten bestand eine Wirbelmißbildung und eine Verkrümmung der Wirbelsäule. Das gute Operationsergebnis wird auf den frühen Zeitpunkt des Eingriffes bezogen.

Résumé

Les auteurs rapportent une tumeur epidermoïde intramédullaire opérée avec succès. Elle s'accompagnait de malformations vertébrales et d'une déformation de la colonne vertébrale. Ils pensent que leur succès est dû à la précocité de l'intervention.

Se refiere un epidermoide intramedular operado con éxito y que se acompañaba de malformaciones de las vértebras y deformación de la columna. El buen resultado logrado se debió a la intervención precoz.
