Lumbar intraspinal ganglion cyst

Summary

Two cases of lumbar spinal ganglion cysts are presented. Specific surgical problems do not exist in these lesions. Preoperative differential diagnosis, however, is not possible. The intraoperative differential diagnosis is given.
