Zusammenfassung
Klinischer Verlauf, makroskopischer und mikroskopischer Befund eines epiduralen, fronto-parasagittal gelegenen Hämangioperizytoms bei einer 59jährigen Frau werden mitgeteilt und Pathogenese sowie differentialdiagnostische Erwägungen gegen das angiomatöse Meningiom und ähnliche Tumoren unter Berücksichtigung der einschlägigen Literatur besprochen.
Summary
The clinical presentation together with macroscopic and microscopic findings in a case of epidural fronto-parasagittal hemangiopericytoma occurring in a 59 years old female are reported. Pathogenesis, clinical and macroscopic findings, and microscopicaspects of this tumor aspected with the angioblastic (angiomatous) meningioma are discussed. The relevant literature is reviewed.
