An unusual self-inflicted foreign body case report

Summary

This is a case report of a man who attempted suicide by methodically driving two large nail-sets into his brain. He was treated succesfully by extraction of the foreign body, local debridement without extensive intracerebral debridement, and antibiotic therapy.
