1,2-Diaminoanthrachinon-3-sulfosäure als Kupferreagens in der Tüpfelanalyse

Zusammenfassung

Die Farbreaktion von Kupfer mit 1,2-Diaminoanthrachinon-3-sulfosäure wurde für die Tüpfelanalyse ausgewertet und weist in Form eines Tüpfelnachweises die Erfassungsgrenze von 0,02γ Cu auf. Für den Kupfernachweis in ammoniakalischer (ammonsalzhaltiger) Lösung, neben Nickel und Kobalt, ferner in Gemischen, Mineralien und Legierungen werden besondere Arbeitsvorschriften angegeben. Der Nachweis eignet sich insbesondere für die qualitative Analyse von Elektron- und Leichtmetallen.

Summary

The colour given by a copper compound with 1,2-diaminoanthraquinone-3-sulphonic acid has been adapted for use a spot test; in this connection it possesses a limit of identification of 0,02γ Cu. Special methods of procedure are given for the detection of copper in ammoniacal solution, in the presence of nickel and cobalt, and also in mixtures, minerals, and alloys. The test is especially suitable for the qualitative examination of electron metal and light metals.

La réaction colorée du cuivre avec l'acide 1,2-diamino-anthraquinone-3-sulfonique a été adaptée à l'analyse à la touche et atteint, lors de l'identification à la touche, une limite de perceptibilité de 0,02γ. On donne des dìrectives particulières pour identifier le cuivre en solution ammoniacale (contenant des sels d'ammonium), en présence de nickel et de cobalt, ainsi que dans des mélanges, dans des minéraux et dans des alliages. L'identification sert en particulier à l'analyse qualitative de l'„Elektronmetall“ et des métaux légers.
