Summary
A case report is presented of a seven year arrest of a recurring intrasellar craniopharyngioma cyst in an adult, accomplished by instillation ofZenkera's sulution into the cyst cavity by means of an extracranial transethmoidal route established under stereotactic control.

Bericht über einen Fall mit rezidivierender intrasellärer Kraniopharyngeomzyste bei einem Erwachsenen, bei dem durch transethmoidale stereotaktische Instillation vonZenkerscher Lösung für bisher 7 Jahre das Auftreten weiterer Rezidive verhindert werden konnte.
Résumé
On présente le compte-rendu d'un cas d'une rémission de sept ans d'un kyste crânio-pharygiome intra-sellaire récurrent chez un adulte, effectué par l'instillation de la solution deZenker dans la cavité du kyste au moyen d'une voie extracrânienne transethmoïdal établie sous controle stéréotactique.

Viene riportato un caso di arresto per sette anni di un cranio-faringioma cistico endosellare in un adulto, ottenuto mediante instillazione nella cavità cistica, per una via extracranica transetmoidale sotto controllo stereotassico, di soluzione diZenker.
Resumen
Se refiere un caso de craniofaringeoma quístico en adulto en el cual por medio de una solución deZenker instilada en la cavidad quística a través de una vía extracraneal transetmoidal, practicada bajo contol estereotáxico, se ha conseguido una detención del crecimiento del tumor durante un periodo de siete años.
