Conclusions

A method is specified for determining the specific electrical resistance of silicon carbide powders; the characteristics of the materials used in the production of silicon carbide electric heaters are determined.

It is recommended that the method be introduced at factories which make these heaters for the delivery control of the main raw material — green silicon carbide.
