Question concerning characteristics of interdiffusion in powder systems

Abstract

This paper examines and substantiates a method for the description and experimental investigation of interdiffusion in powder systems. The misinterpretation of mass transfer in powder diffusion couples as the thermal migration of atoms is demonstrated.
