Conclusions

To increase the completeness and effectiveness of utilization of the magnesite reserves of the Satka group of deposits, universal separate excavation of the surrounding rocks, the pure magnesite, and the contact zones on standard contours, working of ore bodies under restricted conditions by advancing conforming longitudinal passes, decreasing the number of separate ore flows supplied from the open pit mines, control of excavation of the reserves on the basis of the average contents of the components on the basis of the face assay of magnesite in the blasting block, and additional study of the desirability of construction of a flotation plant are recommended.
