Abstract
The transition radiation emitted from an electron bombarded metal surface is calculated for oblique electron incidence. The excitation of plasmawaves is taken into account explicitly. This leads to a change in the radiation intensities of 25% near the plasma-frequency, compared with calculations without spatial dispersion byBoersch et al.
